Happy Father's Day!!!

Tonight ...

this time 9 years ago I was in hospital having a little bit of a hard time ... a few hours later (like 0130 in the morning) I was having an emergency Caesarian!!

Jack ... 10 months old

Jack was born ... and now we have 4 extra boys staying the night along with our other 2 boys!! Yes 7 boys in the house ... oh dear!!

Luckily the princess is sound asleep, although she did mostly enjoy the time with the boys!! One of Jack's friends has a little brother who is in Rural Care with Hannah and the big brother was great with Hannah tonight!!

There are lots of funny things happening tonight

...  like 7 boys running around with Bonds trunks and jocks on

... footy talk

... a very excited St Kilda supporter (Jack!!!)

... talk of an all nighter ... oh dear I thought I had at least 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 years up my sleeve for that!!!

... a lot of teasing of girls' names at the tea table ... too funny

Then tomorrow we will do presents and breakfast and a drop off run for all the boys!!

Then a quiet afternoon at home before catching up with friends for tea!! A night of slow cookers and slow records!! Can't wait!!
