That is a very cool upcycle :) Great find!
Wanted to share, I made the 3 minute cake you and Amanda shared (twice in fact) and the second time I made some adjustments...and it was soooo good!!
6 tbsp SR flour
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa
6 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
4 squares of chocolate chopped into chunks (or if you had some chocolate chips)
Cook in the microwave for 2 mins. It ends up all moist and fudgey :)
And now I need to forget about the recipe!! Or I will be wanting cake ALL THE TIME!! lol!! xxx
