We had dinner out at The Oysterbeds tonight and one of the other diners is the owner of Pure Coffin Bay Oysters (I only know that because I saw an article about him and his wife in Country Style magazine earlier this year)
I have just found their web site and this link to how to shuck an oyster ... an elusive skill ... John cut himself at Easter time so we need to rustle up our shucking skills!
