Christmas / New Year 2014 ...

We had a great Christmas with all of John's family coming for lunch at our place ... 21 all together.

We had some delicious local seafood for our starters ... prawns, calamari, oysters as well as some not so local other bits :-)

Main course ... roast turkey breast roll, roast pork and roast chicken with lots of vegetables ...

After Christmas we packed up for the shack and a visit from my younger sister and her family.

Some celebratory drinks ... this was very good :-)

The boys had some fun with Bailey's Sticky Wicky ... the lawn got a bit thrashed!!

Kirilie and I took three of the boys for lunch at the new restaurant 1802 ...

I had the Tuna Nicoise salad ... very nice.

Will fed the remains of the filleted fish to the pelicans ...

Cousin time ... the kids had so much fun together ... it was great to see :-)

Rohan had a birthday ... 10!! A quick timer snap ... a little tradition I like to keep!! Unfortunately Hannah had her eyes shut!!

Last night we ventured to the beach with the Halls ... we had planned it for days but the weather forecast changed to thunderstorms ... we still went ...

A little glass of wine on the beach before we head back to the farm for tea when the storm returned ...
