Friday night ...

We headed down to PL and stayed the night at the Marina Hotel Apartments.

Great apartments ... 4 bedrooms over three levels with kitchen, laundry, bathroom, second toilet and a spa bath in the bathroom that fitted the 4 kids!!

We had dinner at the Marina Hotel ...

Then we went back to the apartment for birthday cake ...

The kids had a spa that night and then another one the next morning ... the all love it except for Rohan!!

This was the view from our apartment on Saturday morning ...

Saturday morning and we headed off to Del Giorno's cafe for breakfast and then back to Cummins for football!!

Only thing that was a big issue was John misplacing his mobile ... nearly the end of the world!! We ended up finding it Saturday morning in my handbag on "silent".

Oh dear the boys love to wrestle ... they keep going until one of them gets hurt or ends up crying.

I can't believe I am saying this but ...

I am really pleased to be staying home from football with 4 children because ...

it has been raining on and off all day so far, heavy showers. Can you imagine being at football with that happening and nowhere to sit but in the car!!! Yuck!!

John has gone to football ... no doubt the first thing he will do when he gets home is have a lovely hot shower!!

On Friday ...

When I was at work on Friday

... Jack & Lachlan stayed home from school because they have been coughing a lot at night

... Rohan and Hannah were at home too because they have been coughing a lot at night too

... John stayed home with them all

... John found a recipe for pikelets in the Cummins Hospital Cookbook and made them for morning tea

... the kids found a choc chip muffin packet mix in the pantry and made them with John

... John took a photo of the kids eating muffins

... John needs some tips on taking photos inside ;-)

... but I'm so glad he took the photo and did all those other things :-)

Got my new Fiskars border punches today ... "Apron Strings" here at the bottom of the cream cardstock. Think it looks okay. The other one is called "Upper Crest" and I can't wait to use it!!

John was helping KM regutter a shed so took him up a drink and took some snaps of the kids ...

And KM's dog ... cause we don't have a dog so I haven't had the chance to snap a dog!! But when we get a dog I would love a border collie just like Sally!!

Did this layout last week but it has been rather overcast when I have been home so didn't photograph it until today!!

Now that I look at it it is has still come out a bit dull!!

Sunday afternoon ...

Oh we had a great afternoon yesterday. We headed of to a friends' farm for a BBQ lunch and a few drinks.

The kids had a ball ... no photos of Hannah as she was entertained by the other girls there all afternoon. The boys had lots of fun with a camp fire, trailer rides behind the 4 wheeler motorbike, kicking the footy and just doing boy things!! John and I really enjoyed everyones company and had a really relaxing time.
