Last weekend we had our Escape2Create mini retreat ... lots of laughs :-)

I have loved using this kit this month and have one more layout next week over on the Lime Tart blog. The next one shows that this kit is great for layouts about girls and boys  :-)

Next month's kit arrived yesterday and I am excited to start creating with it ... different colours and embellishments to have fun with :-)

How to shuck an oyster ....

We had dinner out at The Oysterbeds tonight and one of the other diners is the owner of Pure Coffin Bay Oysters (I only know that because I saw an article about him and his wife in Country Style magazine earlier this year)

I have just found their web site and this link to how to shuck an oyster ... an elusive skill ... John cut himself at Easter time so we need to rustle up our shucking skills!

Lime Tart Full Tart kit for October

This month I was very lucky to receive the Full Tart to work with and so far I have 4 layouts on the go ... need to get to a computer so I can do some journaling :-)
